Site location, property size, intended water use, nearby borehole information, access and terrain information.

Geological Reconnaissance

Inspect terrain, rock exposures, drainage, valleys, fractures and surrounding geological structures.

Geophysical Survey

Place equipment across selected survey profiles and collect controlled field measurements.

Data Processing

Transform raw measurements into charts, resistivity curves, geological models and coloured subsurface sections.

Interpretation

Interpret anomalies in geological context, including weathered zones, fractured rock, faults and favourable contacts.

Mark Potential Positions

Identify potential drilling positions physically in the field or provide coordinates where appropriate.

Reporting

Provide a clear summary, interpretation and recommended drilling position or positions.

Drilling

The drilling contractor performs drilling. Actual borehole performance is confirmed only during drilling and testing.

What happens underground?

Rain infiltrates soil and weathered formations, then moves through connected fractures and permeable zones. A borehole must intersect a productive saturated structure to produce water.

Final yield depends on geology, aquifer conditions, drilling execution, seasonal factors and other site specific variables.
